Honoring the food and tradition of the Emilia-Romagna region, Parma Trattoria uses organic ingredients from local farmers, and green, unaltered products whenever possible. Parma serves traditional diverse Italian dishes such as pastas, pizzas, salads, meat, poultry and seafood. Cheeses are all lactose free; some are made in house and others are imported directly from Rome and Naples! “Parma has been in business now for almost six years and we work a lot on making sure the food, the service, and the style are always consistent,” says Owner Emilio Perna Ruggiero. “We don’t forget our Italian roots, and we bring new dishes, new wine and new ideas every day.”
