We just got back from dinner at your restaurant tonight and I will say I was impressed with the quality of food. The fresh bread was great and the porcini filled tortelloni was perfectly cooked and very delicious.
Congrats and I hope to try some more of your cooking very soon.

I have to go the full-on five stars here. I could criticize a few things but they were really minor.
The service was excellent, the atmosphere was nice and the food…meraviglioso!
I wish Parma was near my current home outside LA instead of in Louisville, CO.
I was here with a fairly large group (one of my favorite ways to dine out) and we shared a number of things: Burrata (splendido), Bresaola (piacevole), Salame Felino (delizioso), Caprino brushette (intrigante e gustoso), Rigatoni Salciccia (salate e soddisfacente)…lot’s of other things as well.
Oh, translations in order: Wonderful, splendid, nice, delicious, intriguing and tasty, savory and satisfying.
Overall a great dining experience with lots of high quality food – go here.
