We had a wonderful time at Parma, a truly great restaurant.  Many years ago when I was still in college, David Suskind had an interesting weekly talk show on TV.  I remember as if it were yesterday when he had on as guests the owners of Sardi’s, Club 21, and Trader Vic.  They all agreed on one thing, that the number one attribute of a great restaurant was the ability to make any customer feel relaxed and at home.  That’s exactly how we felt at Parma.  We became instant “regulars”!  Your personal  charm and touch puts the place over the top in our estimation……..Bear Owen
